  • OWNER/FOUNDER + SENIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

    Hi! I’m Meagan, and I am the owner and director of Gem Support Coordination.

    Having been involved with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) since its inception, I have an in-depth understanding of the NDIS framework.

    With over 15 years experience in the Disability Sector in positions ranging from Support Worker, Accommodation Coordinator, Workplace Health & Safety Officer, Your Life Your Choice Facilitator, NDIS Senior Local Area Coordinator (LAC) and now, as Owner and Founder of Gem Support Coordination.

    You can expect Gem SC to be up to date with the latest NDIS changes and additions, as I pride myself on staying informed for the benefit of my clients, and to assist them in working towards their individual goals.

    When it comes to steering clients towards their goals I believe in patience, not complacence. Improvement and growth is something we should always be aiming for. Within my organisation, there is no room for stagnancy or ‘just enough’ effort.

    I have recently begun a Bachelor of Social Work alongside Jamie-Lee at USC, as we continue up-skilling and learning.

    My 3 year plan is to grow Gem SC into a small organisation that provides a top quality service, with clients as the focal point. At Gem Support Coordination clients aren't just a number, they are important individuals with personalised goals, hopes and dreams.

    Helping clients to understand each section of their plan and how it can be used, while developing an appropriate support budget to facilitate these needs, is essential to growth for both Gem SC and my clients.

    Many of my clients suffer from overwhelm and have difficulty knowing what they are entitled to and how to go about accessing it. If I can simplify the process for my clients and alleviate their concerns whilst providing continued care, then it’s a job well done.

    As a parent with a neurodivergent child, I have first hand experience on navigating an NDIS plan and the way that looks from a parents perspective. These supports - once accessed - are life-changing.

  • SENIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

    Gem Support Coordinator Jamie Lee Roth comes to Gem with a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of navigating the NDIS. Like Meagan, Jamie Lee has been with NDIS since its roll-out.

    As a passionate Support Coordinator, Jamie Lee’s focus is on facilitating - and then implementing - goal specific supports, to work towards individual autonomy and independence amongst her clients.

    In best supporting her clients to make the most of their individual funding, Jamie Lee seeks out a variety of support services, to ensure each support is tailored to each individual client and their needs, and her extensive skill set ensures she exceeds client satisfaction.

    Believe that knowledge is power, Jamie Lee frequently updates her knowledge of best practice, any changes in NDIS dynamics and the evolving needs of each client throughout their plan. Jamie Lee is also undertaking studies alongside Meagan, enrolling in a Bachelor of Social Work at USC.

    With a true dedication to community and accessibility, Jamie Lee also holds a Diploma in Community Services.

    Outside of Gem, Jamie Lee enjoys the great outdoors with her son while swimming, bike riding or exploring art.

  • SENIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

    I have worked in the disability sector for over 16 years, holding a variety of roles that have shaped

    the way I support participants and their families today. I hold both an Advanced Diploma of

    Community Sector Management and a Diploma of Disability, and I continue to apply this knowledge

    every day to help people get the most out of their NDIS plans.

    Throughout my career, I’ve supported people with a wide range of needs and backgrounds. I know

    how important it is to have the right team behind you, one that understands the system, takes the

    time to listen, and genuinely cares about helping you work toward your goals.

    I pride myself on being approachable, reliable, and solution focused. I work closely with the

    Participants I support to build strong, provide personalised support, coordinate the right services, and

    break things down in a way that makes sense for you. Whether you’re new to the NDIS or need help

    navigating a complex plan, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

    I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, not just in their goals, but in their

    day to day lives. I’m proud to be part of a team that puts people first and never settles for “just enough.”

  • SUPPORT COORDINATOR

    I am a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator, specialising in providing high-quality,

    individualised care for people with disabilities. I am deeply committed to supporting participants in

    achieving greater independence and improving their overall well-being.

    I have an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and over 5 years’ experience in the

    sector. I bring a wealth of knowledge of the NDIS framework and a strong passion for promoting

    inclusivity, empowerment and diversity.

    My goal is to support participants in increasing their capacity, achieving their personal goals, and

    ensuring they have the freedom to make informed decisions about their lives.

    As a parent of a neuro-divergent child, I have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by

    individuals with disabilities and their families. This personal experience, combined with my

    professional knowledge, enables me to tailor support to meet the specific needs of each participant.

Whether you are a longstanding NDIS participant, or you’re just getting started. We are here to assist you, every step of the way!

Gem Support Coordination is a non-registered provider assisting you to meet your Goals and build your capacity to understand the fundamentals of the NDIS. Along with speaking fluent NDIS, we also understand each individual may prefer a different method of communication, and we make your choice a priority in our discussions with you! Whether via phone, in person, via text, email, Zoom or other means, we respect your right to choose what works for you - we’re flexible like that!

We take our responsibility seriously to ensure our clients are responded to in a timely manner. We understand navigating the various NDIS funding particulars can be overwhelming - but don’t dismay!

As an experienced Support Coordination Provider, we have the key to determining each aspect of your NDIS plan, unlocking the funding specifics and building you a support network to enhance your quality of life.

Gem Support Coordination provide services to participants with a range of diagnoses, however we specialist in progressive neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia.

We do not provide services for children under the age of 16 years old, or for Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
